Cultual Camp Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia

Eight students from the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) visited Universitas Malikussaleh as part of a cultural camp. During their time at Unimal, the UKM students explored the Samudera Pasee Islamic Museum, the Tomb of Sultan Malikussaleh, and the Tomb of Queen Nahrasiah. They also held a friendly meeting with students from Universitas Malikussaleh. Together, they learned the art of Ranup Lampuan, a traditional trawl-pulling technique. Finally, the students from both universities studied coffee cultivation and processing before going rafting on the Peusangan River in the Gayo highlands. Cultural camp activities will take place from 23 to 28 September 2024
